John P. Creveling

John P. Creveling is a career and leadership coach, organizational development consultant, speaker, and writer. He is a co-founder of Career Resources Management LLC, a firm dedicated to "increasing individual and organizational effectiveness.™” His clients represent all industries and range from small to Fortune 500 companies. He has coached hundreds of individuals at all levels of employment from union and hourly employees to company executives.

John's career and business-related articles have been published in professional journals, newspapers and magazines nationwide. He is a frequent guest on radio and television promoting the benefits of career development and lifelong learning.

John has presented at international, national, and regional conferences for a variety of organizations including International Conference of Association for Psychological Type, International Management Council, MENSA, National Association of Minorities in Communications, Society for Human Resource Management, American Society for Training and Development, and Society of Insurance Trainers and Educators.

He has taught at several colleges on topics in human resources, management, and marketing. He has a Master's Degree focusing on Organizational Development and Psychology, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management.

John is a veteran of the United States Army and is a former member of Allentown, Pennsylvania, City Council.

 

Christina H. Robertson, Ph.D.
                                          
Dr. Christina Robertson is an organizational consultant, coach, and trainer. She is co-founder of Career Resources Management LLC, a consulting firm which focuses on "bringing out the best" in individuals and organizations. She has extensive consulting and training experience in a variety of areas including executive coaching, leadership development, focus group facilitation, employee surveys, and workshop development and facilitation.

Chris has worked with organizations in the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors of all sizes ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. Her clients represent a wide range of industries including financial services, insurance, and health care. She has worked with individuals at all levels from hourly employees to senior executives. Chris has a special interest in helping individuals and organizations develop creativity.

Chris' career history includes counseling, college teaching, directing training and staff development for a major medical center, and outplacement. Chris has over ten years of counseling, consulting and training experience working for international consulting firms and has presented workshops focusing on career development and individual growth for numerous organizations.

Chris holds a Ph.D. in Human Science, a M.S. in Organizational Behavior and Counseling Psychology, and a B.S. in English and Education. She is the first person to earn Saybrook Graduate School’s Creativity Certificate and is a past recipient of the Rollo May Scholarship Award. Chris is the author of a book for individuals in transition published by Simon & Schuster.
